Our client, a leader in transportation services is seeking a Reporting Assistant to join their team on an ongoing part-time basis. The Reporting Assistant is responsible for populating and distributing semi-automated customer facing reports. The incumbent will work with existing report templates, and will use customer resource management software (Salesforce) to add up to date data to each template before distributing finished files to clients on a daily basis.


  • Microsoft office proficiency, especially Microsoft excel (Critical)
  • High level understanding of key concepts of service reliability (Availability, Mean Time Between Failures)
  • Excellent time management and flexibility is a must
  • Strong written and oral communication skills – Must be able to communicate complex technical concepts to an executive audience, and understand complex technical subjects at a high level
  • Must have an eye for detail and maintain responsibility for the quality of deliverables
  • Strong competence with technical tools used for reporting – Microsoft office and especially excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Ability rotating shifts 3 and 4 days per week 4 hours a day starting from 4am on an ongoing basis






  • Prepare and distribute service incident and device availability reports as required under contractual agreements.
  • Access up to date service data through Salesforce web portal
  • Distribute completed reports by email and by upload to customer web portal
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
